Running/Walking Club

Every Saturday morning, at 7:30am, walkers and runners of all ages gather at the gazebos for a short devotion (spread apart during the pandemic), followed by running or walking at your own pace or with a group of friends. What a great way to care for our bodies, minds, and souls, all while building relationships and our faith!

Yoga/Pilates (PAUSED FOR NOW)

Our classes are for all levels, from beginner to advanced. They are held in the chapel on Saturday mornings immediately following the Running Club. Classes are alternated weekly between yoga and Pilates.

Sunday Sports Fellowship Ministry!

Every Sunday afternoon (following our outside worship service) this is a great way of making meaningful friendships, staying physically in shape, enjoying competition and God’s wonderful outdoors! Ultimate Frisbee & Soccer have been paused until UWF reopens, however, we play volleyball and other games every Sunday evening.  While the games are competitive, you do not have to be good to have a good time at these games.  Please join us weekly and bring your friends.


Theology on Tap

Every Monday evening at 6:30, this “Youngish Adult Ministry” meets for a meaningful conversation, excellent company, a cold beverage, and food.  This is another great way of building meaningful friendships and growing in our faith. People of all ages are welcome; there is always someone new at the table!
